What the EvolveMeter Measures First
The first versions of the EvolveMeter do not need to claim that every positive human action can already be reduced to a scientifically exact physical-energy value. They create the infrastructure needed to learn toward that possibility. The system can begin by measuring contribution events and their evidence: who contributed, what need was addressed, what action occurred, who verified it, what changed, how contribution compounded, and how human and planetary outcomes improved.
